St. Pete Police identify victim in apartment murder: Police have identified a man found murdered in a St. Petersburg apartment as 49-year-old Timothy Pustelak, according to WFLA. The incident happened at Marisol Vista apartments. The cause of death remains under investigation and there is no publicly known suspect at this time. (wfla.com)
Residential building caters to high-end renters in downtown Tampa’s upcoming arts district: A new residential building for renters, AER, is coming soon to Tampa that could cost as much as $7,000 a month, according to Business Observer. The high-rise will be located at 300 W. Tyler Ave. and will be walking distance from Tampa Museum of Art and Glazer Children's Museum, connecting directly to the Straz Center as well.
