Tampa Police arrest suspect in gunshot firing incident outside Ybor City nightclub: Tampa Police have arrested a suspect after a gunshots were fired in front of Tangra Nightclub at 1611 E. 7th Ave. in Ybor City around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning, according to officials. Mastry’s Brewing planning new hub in Pinellas Park: Mastry's Brewing Co. is planning to open a new brewery outpost and manufacturing space in Pinellas Park, according to St. Pete Rising. The new hub will have a craft beer tasting room as well as a potential food hall and help to create a downtown for the area. Pinellas County has approved some funding toward to the project. Loloft opening coworking space in Tampa just outside Brandon: Loloft is a new coworking space coming this year to Tampa at 206 Kelsey Lane on tip of Brandon. News of the opening was first reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Loloft offers an “industrial coworking" model at industrial properties by providing flexible workspace to start-up and growing companies on a monthly basis and targets those who need office space and warehouse storage. Whitney Fox announces $200K fundraising haul against Rep. Anna Paulina Luna: Whitney Fox, who is running as a Democrat against incumbent Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of St. Petersburg, has announced that she raised over $200,000 in her first three months as a candidate. Fox said the average donation to her campaign is around $31. Fox worked as the Director of Communications for the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority before running for office. (floridapolitics.com)
